As a continuation of my previous post, I just found out last night that I’m also going to Rome. I less found out, than decided to extend the trip with my friends. I can’t pass up the chance to see the city that brought us pasta and tomato sauce and Ferrari.
Instead of coming back on Tuesday, I’m now flying with my friends to Rome from Ireland. I will now be back on Friday of next week. Color me excited!

I just found out yesterday I’m going to Dublin, Ireland. Yes, the birthplace and homeland of one of my favorite beers of all times, Guinness. It’s all very last minute, but several of my friends have been planning this for a while now, and jealously, I’ve been quietly wanting to go. Well, as luck would have it, I ran into the friend who is planning the airfare at our friend Tim’s party. Long story short, she made me an offer I couldn’t refuse and a day and a conversation with my girlfriend later, I’m going to Dublin. The best part is we’ll be flying first class for far less than it would cost to fly coach!
Consider this message an “I’ll be out of the office” notice and a bragging/stoked post. I’m leaving this Thursday, the 15th, and I’ll be back on Tuesday, the 20th. I’ll be sure to take lots of pictures and post them on here when I’m back.

Last week while walking to a meeting, I decided to start taking casual snapshots of the “urban landscape” (don’t you love those silly catchphrases?). On my travels, I took this shot. I hope you enjoy.

By the way, I’ve decided to put together a photography section of this website, so stay tuned for that addition eventually.

So my dream last night consisted of my friend Tim Lyons and I stealing (well, moving down the hall, really) a tank of ether (don’t ask, it wasn’t for our use) from Bill Nye the Science Guy’s classroom (of whom, we were students), and Mr. Nye getting very angry with us. Apparently it had happened before and he had just been waiting to catch someone in the act. Well anyway, he laid a huge guilt trip on both of us and we spent the remainder of the time sulking and feeling guilty that such a great mind had reprimanded us and that we were no longer in his good graces, so we did what any misguided kids would do, caused more trouble. Needless to say, it was fun.
Moral of the story: Bill Nye is sensitive about his ether, so leave it be.

I’ve added several new pieces into the portfolio section of this site. Check out the case studies, Phoenix Retail LLC branding, and the Aesthetic Apparel, One Neighborhood (designed with GiantSky Advertising), Adrienne Live and Kelly True websites as well.
I’m adding a few more projects soon as well soon, so stay tuned! I also might have some other news to post soon.

I can finally show the work I wasn’t able to before: A Philadelphia local coffee shop and wafflerie, Bonté has been going through tremendous growth and with their plans to start franchising, decided to rebrand. I’ve been working with Bula, the Creative Director at Giant Sky Marketing to work on an identity, the menu, cups, the website and more.
Check out the work and learn more here in my portfolio.

I’ve just signed on a new branding project for another real estate company in Florida. Real estate and financial design can be boring and mundane if you let it, but I really enjoy the challenge of making logos, print pieces and websites of the kind exciting and able to show emotion.
I’ll display more of the project as it gets further underway.

So this project I’ve been so secretive about is turning out to be a lot more fun and interesting than I had expected, not to mention bigger.
I am helping to rebrand a company (I still can’t tell you which yet). I am working on the identity, signage, print work and even the website. It’s a really exciting brand and I can’t wait to show it.

Welcome to my new portfolio site. The end of 2006 and beginning of 2007 have proven to be great times in my life. Among other things, I’ve been consulting at Sudler & Hennessey in New York, and I’m wrapping up another piece of marketing for the investment real estate company Pocklington, Pocklington and Forster. I’ve picked up a client in Las Vegas and just picked up my first international client, whatabout2night.com.
In more personal news, I’m finishing up the new catalog and website for my clothing company, Aesthetic Apparel of Philadelphia and expanding the business a bit.
I am currently accepting all new projects, so email or call me with yours.
